The Law Offices of Kristina C. Ivtindzioski, LLC, (“Ivtin Law”), was founded on the belief that exceptional legal advocacy begins with integrity, preparation, and genuine care for the people being served. Led by Kristina Ivtindzioski, the firm brings together broad, high-level legal experience with a deeply personal, client-focused approach.
Prior to opening her own practice, Kristina developed a formidable foundation working across diverse areas of the law. She gained experience at a large personal injury firm, a large insurance defense firm, and a boutique medical malpractice defense firm – a combination that allows her to see cases from every angle and anticipate challenges before they arise.
Kristina’s legal training also includes distinguished public service and international experience. She completed a legal internship with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands, where she served with the Office of the Prosecutor, contributing to matters of global significance and human rights.
Domestically, she served as a judicial intern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark and completed an internship with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Morris Region, in Morristown, New Jersey.
This breadth of experience, spanning private practice, public service, and international law, has shaped Kristina into a thoughtful, strategic, and compassionate advocate. It is this foundation that has culminated in the success of Ivtin Law today.
In recognition of her professionalism and commitment to the legal community, Kristina currently serves as a New Jersey Supreme Court-appointed member on the Unlawful Practice of Law.
At Ivtin Law, clients are not treated as case numbers. They are met with respect, honesty, and unwavering advocacy, guided by experience, driven by purpose, and grounded in trust.
